Due to the EU's GPSR law, I do not accept orders shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

 

Who is responsible for customs fees?

You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.

How long do orders take to ship?

Currently, orders typically take 1-3 days to ship out. Orders made before 3 am EST may ship out the same day. Time may vary based on my work schedule. After an order has shipped, please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates to begin.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you must contact me ASAP with your order number. I cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. Lastly, please be aware that there will be a 6% deduction from your refund to cover payment processing fees.

Can I modify my order? 

Yes, but you must contact me ASAP with your order number.

I entered the wrong address while ordering! What should I do?

Please double-check the shipping address before submitting your order! If you find you added the wrong shipping address, please contact me ASAP with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has already shipped, I cannot change the shipping address. If your order is sent back due to an invalid shipping address, you can pay to have it reshipped to the correct address.

Tracking Information

All packages except stickers sent through untracked first-class mail will receive a tracking number once shipped. Please allow 7 days for domestic packages to arrive and 7-14 days for International packages once shipped.

My order arrived late!

I have no control over the transit time of your order while in the possession of USPS/UPS/FedEx. The only thing I have control over is the time between your order and the ship-off date. Please contact USPS/UPS/FedEx if you have any issues regarding shipping times, issues, or delays.

My order arrived damaged! What should I do?

Please contact me with photos of your order so I can assist you.

My Acrylic Charm/Standee arrived with scratches!

There is a clear film on the front and back (or just the back if it is an epoxy charm) of acrylic charms and standees to protect them from scratches during manufacturing. You can peel this film off at any time.
